Chapter 211 - Local Facilities for Detention
NRS 211.110 - Jailer may be directed to work prisoners in branch jails on public roads.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 211.110 (2020)
The board of county commissioners may direct the jailer of such branch county jail to work the prisoners on the public roads of the county where the branch county jail is located.
