NRS 686C.095 - “Insolvent insurer” defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 686C.095 (2019)
“Insolvent insurer” means a member insurer which is ordered to liquidate by a court of competent jurisdiction after a finding of insolvency.
