NRS 686C.090 - “Impaired insurer” defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 686C.090 (2019)
“Impaired insurer” means a member insurer which is not an insolvent insurer and is placed under an order of rehabilitation or conservation by a court of competent jurisdiction.
