Chapter 649 - Collection Agencies
NRS 649.165 - Rights of licensee.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 649.165 (2019)
Upon receipt of the license, the licensee shall have the right to conduct the business of a collection agency with all the powers and privileges contained in, but subject to, the provisions of this chapter.
