Chapter 649 - Collection Agencies
NRS 649.155 - Order denying application; notice of denial.

Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 649.155 (2019)

1. If the Commissioner finds that any application or applicant for a collection agency license does not meet the requirements of NRS 649.135 or the applicant fails to pass the required examination, the Commissioner shall enter an order denying the application.

2. Within 10 days after the entry of such an order, the Commissioner shall mail or deliver to the applicant written notice of the denial in which all the reasons for such denial are stated.
