Chapter 613 - Employment Practices
NRS 613.4362 - “Reasonable accommodation” defined.

Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 613.4362 (2019)

“Reasonable accommodation” means an action described in NRS 613.4371 that is taken by an employer for a female employee or applicant for employment who has a condition relating to pregnancy, childbirth or a related medical condition.
