Chapter 458 - Alcohol and Other Substance Use Disorders
NRS 458.350 - State or political subdivision not required to provide treatment provider for treatment. [Effective through June 30, 2020.]
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 458.350 (2019)
The provisions of NRS 458.290 to 458.350, inclusive, do not require the State or any of its political subdivisions to establish or finance any treatment provider for the treatment of alcohol or other substance use disorders.
