Chapter 458 - Alcohol and Other Substance Use Disorders
NRS 458.340 - Civil commitment not criminal conviction. [Effective through June 30, 2020.]
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 458.340 (2019)
The determination of an alcohol or other substance use disorder and civil commitment pursuant to NRS 458.290 to 458.350, inclusive, shall not be deemed a criminal conviction.
