Chapter 424 - Foster Homes for Children
NRS 424.017 - “Provider of foster care” defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 424.017 (2019)
“Provider of foster care” means a person who is licensed to conduct a foster home pursuant to NRS 424.030.
