Chapter 424 - Foster Homes for Children
NRS 424.016 - “Licensing authority” defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 424.016 (2019)
“Licensing authority” means:
1. In a county whose population is 100,000 or more, the agency which provides child welfare services, as defined in NRS 432B.030; and
2. In a county whose population is less than 100,000, the Division.
