Chapter 360 - General Provisions
NRS 360.865 - “Project sponsor” defined. [Effective January 1, 2020, through December 31, 2029.]
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 360.865 (2019)
“Project sponsor” means a person who acquires an ownership interest in a project and is designated by the participants in the project to apply for a certificate of eligibility for transferable tax credits pursuant to NRS 360.867.
