Chapter 360 - General Provisions
NRS 360.864 - “Project” defined. [Effective January 1, 2020, through December 31, 2029.]
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 360.864 (2019)
“Project” means a project for the acquisition, development, construction, improvement, expansion, reconstruction or rehabilitation of a qualified low-income housing project, as defined in 26 U.S.C. § 42(g), located in this State.
