Chapter 354 - Local Financial Administration
NRS 354.524 - “Final budget” defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 354.524 (2019)
“Final budget” means the budget which has been adopted by a local governing body or adopted by default as defined by NRS 354.470 to 354.626, inclusive, and which has been determined by the Department of Taxation to be in compliance with applicable statutes and regulations.
