Chapter 354 - Local Financial Administration
NRS 354.5237 - “Fiduciary fund” defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 354.5237 (2019)
“Fiduciary fund” means a fund used to report assets held in a trustee or agency capacity for others and therefore cannot be used to support the programs of the local government.
