Chapter 321 - Administration, Control and Transfer of State Lands
NRS 321.408 - “Public-private partnership” defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 321.408 (2019)
“Public-private partnership” means a contract entered into by the State Land Registrar and a private partner pursuant to NRS 321.412.
