Chapter 321 - Administration, Control and Transfer of State Lands
NRS 321.406 - “Private partner” defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 321.406 (2019)
“Private partner” means a person with whom the State Land Registrar enters into a public-private partnership.
