Chapter 476 - Explosives and Inflammable Materials
NRS 476.160 - “Suspected improvised explosive device” defined.

Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 476.160 (2017)
“Suspected improvised explosive device” means any item that, based on training, experience or circumstances, would cause a reasonable person to believe that the item may pose an immediate threat of an explosive or destructive nature.
