Chapter 476 - Explosives and Inflammable Materials
NRS 476.150 - “Public safety bomb squad” defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 476.150 (2017)
“Public safety bomb squad” means a group that:
1. Consists of members who are bomb technicians; and
2. Is accredited as a bomb squad by the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
