Chapter 281A - Ethics in Government
NRS 281A.465 - Standards for resolving opinion requests by stipulations, agreed settlements or consent orders.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 281A.465 (2017)
In any matter in which the Commission disposes of a request for an opinion by stipulation, agreed settlement or consent order, the Commission shall treat comparable situations in a comparable manner and shall ensure that the disposition of the matter bears a reasonable relationship to the severity of the violation or alleged violation.
