NRS 488.1805 - Interest of registered owner not affected by assignment by legal owner.
NV Rev Stat § 488.1805 (2015) What's This?
A legal owner may assign his or her title or interest in or to any motorboat numbered under this chapter to a person other than the registered owner without the consent of and without affecting the interest of the registered owner.
