NRS 462.115 - “Net proceeds” defined.
NV Rev Stat § 462.115 (2015) What's This?
“Net proceeds” means the total amount of money collected from the sale of tickets or chances for a charitable lottery, less the total amount of money expended for prizes, supplies, advertising, promotion, printing, administration and other direct expenses necessary to operate a charitable lottery.
