Chapter 462 - Lotteries and Games
NRS 462.115 - "Net proceeds" defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 462.115 (2021)
"Net proceeds" means the total amount of money collected from the operation of a charitable lottery or charitable game, less the total amount of money expended for prizes, supplies, advertising, promotion, printing, administration and other direct expenses necessary to operate a charitable lottery or charitable game, as applicable.
