NRS 258.110 - Unlawful failure to receive or arrest offender; penalty.

NV Rev Stat § 258.110 (2014) What's This?

Unless, pursuant to subsection 2 of NRS 258.070, a constable is prohibited from making an arrest, any constable who willfully refuses to receive or arrest any person charged with a criminal offense is guilty of a gross misdemeanor and shall be removed from office.
