NRS 258.110 - Unlawful failure to arrest offender; penalty.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 258.110 (2017)
Any constable who willfully refuses to arrest any person charged with a criminal offense is guilty of a gross misdemeanor and shall be removed from office.
