NRS 634.017 - Malpractice defined.
NV Rev Stat § 634.017 (2013) What's This?
Malpractice means failure on the part of a chiropractor to exercise the degree of care, diligence and skill ordinarily exercised by chiropractors in good standing in the community in which he or she practices.
