Chapter 634 - Chiropractic Physicians and Chiropractors’ Assistants
NRS 634.017 - “Malpractice” defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 634.017 (2017)
“Malpractice” means failure on the part of a chiropractor to exercise the degree of care, diligence and skill ordinarily exercised by chiropractors in good standing in the community in which he or she practices.
