NRS 412.138 - Use of National Guard as labor force; pay and allowances.


NV Rev Stat § 412.138 (2011) What's This?

When members of the Nevada National Guard are called into state active duty by the Governor to fight a fire, combat a flood or any other emergency where members of the Nevada National Guard are performing as a labor force rather than a military force, they shall receive pay and allowances equal to that received by the main labor force in the service of the State or Federal Government.
