Chapter 412 - State Militia
NRS 412.138 - Pay and allowances when National Guard used as labor force.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 412.138 (2020)
When members of the Nevada National Guard are called into state active duty by the Governor to fight a fire, combat a flood or any other emergency where members of the Nevada National Guard are performing as a labor force rather than a military force, they shall receive pay and allowances according to their respective military grade and pay status.
