TITLE 42 PROTECTION FROM FIRE; EXPLOSIVES
Chapter 476 Explosives and Inflammable Materials
NRS 476.130 "Bomb technician" defined.

NRS 476.130 "Bomb technician" defined. "Bomb technician" means a person who:

1. Is certified as a bomb technician by the Federal Bureau of Investigation; and

2. Is an active member of a public safety bomb squad.
