1. It is unlawful for any person to engage in, carryon or conduct wholly or in part the business of buying, selling, trading ordealing, within this State, in the raw skins or pelts of any wild mammalwithout first obtaining a fur dealers license pursuant to
2. If the dealer resides in, or if his principal placeof business is within this State, he is a resident fur dealer.
3. All other fur dealers are nonresident fur dealers.
4. The Commission may adopt regulations concerning thelicensing, operating and recordkeeping of fur dealers.

1. If the Department receives a copy of a courtorder issued pursuant to NRS 425.540that provides for the suspension of all professional, occupational and recreationallicenses, certificates and permits issued to a person who is the holder of afur dealers license, the Department shall deem the license issued to thatperson to be suspended at the end of the 30th day after the date on which thecourt order was issued unless the Department receives a letter issued to theholder of the license by the district attorney or other public agency pursuantto NRS 425.550 stating that the holderof the license has complied with the subpoena or warrant or has satisfied thearrearage pursuant to NRS 425.560.
