NRS 102.010 Shorttitle. This chapter may be cited as theUniform Interparty Agreement Act.

NRS 102.020 Interpartytransactions validated. A conveyance, release,or sale may be made to or by two or more persons acting jointly and one ormore, but less than all, of these persons acting either by himself orthemselves or with other persons; and a contract may be made between suchparties.

NRS 102.030 Mergerof obligation and right in contract. Nocontract shall be discharged because after its formation the obligation and theright thereunder become vested in the same person, acting in differentcapacities as to the right and the obligation.

NRS 102.040 Fraudulenttransactions. Nothing herein shall validate atransaction within its provisions which is actually or constructivelyfraudulent.

NRS 102.050 Chapternot retroactive. This chapter shall not applyto conveyances, releases, sales, or contracts made prior to July 1, 1927.
