NRS 64.010 Provisionsof NRS applicable to Justice Courts. JusticeCourts being courts of peculiar and limited jurisdiction, only those provisionsof titles 2, 3 and 4 which are, in their nature, applicable to theorganization, powers and course of proceedings in Justice Courts or which havebeen made applicable by special provisions of NRS, are applicable to JusticeCourts and the proceedings therein.
