NRS 29.010 Submissionof a controversy without action. Parties to aquestion in difference, which might be the subject of a civil action, may,without action, agree upon a case containing the facts upon which thecontroversy depends, and present a submission of the same to any court whichshould have jurisdiction if an action had been brought. But it must appear, byaffidavit, that the controversy is real, and the proceedings in good faith, todetermine the rights of the parties. The court shall thereupon hear anddetermine the case and render judgment thereon, as if an action were pending.

NRS 29.020 Entryof judgment; judgment roll. Judgment shall beentered in the judgment book as in other cases, but without costs for anyproceeding prior to the trial. The case, the submission and a copy of thejudgment shall constitute the judgment roll.

NRS 29.030 Enforcementand appeal of judgment. The judgment may beenforced in the same manner as if it had been rendered in an action, and shallbe in the same manner subject to appeal.
