Chapter 85 STATE UNIVERSITY, STATE COLLEGES, AND POSTSECONDARY EDUCATION
85-2229 Director of Administrative Services; pay warrants; procedure.

85-2229. Director of Administrative Services; pay warrants; procedure.

The Director of Administrative Services shall, upon notification by the State Treasurer that sufficient funds are available for payment, draw warrants on vouchers presented by the budget division of the Department of Administrative Services against funds appropriated and deliver such warrants to the various community colleges.
