Chapter 85 STATE UNIVERSITY, STATE COLLEGES, AND POSTSECONDARY EDUCATION
85-2202 Community College Foundation and Equalization Aid Fund; created; use; investment.

85-2202. Community College Foundation and Equalization Aid Fund; created; use; investment.

The Community College Foundation and Equalization Aid Fund is created. The fund shall be used to provide state aid to community college areas pursuant to the Community College Foundation and Equalization Aid Act. Any money in the Community College Foundation and Equalization Aid Fund available for investment shall be invested by the state investment officer pursuant to the Nebraska Capital Expansion Act and the Nebraska State Funds Investment Act.
