Chapter 85 STATE UNIVERSITY, STATE COLLEGES, AND POSTSECONDARY EDUCATION
85-1110.01 Violation; penalty.

85-1110.01. Violation; penalty.

Any person violating sections 85-1105 to 85-1110 shall be guilty of a Class III misdemeanor.
