25-21,269. Applicability of sections.

(1) Sections 25-21,265 to 25-21,269 do not apply to any cause of action for personal injuries or wrongful death.

(2) Sections 25-21,265 to 25-21,269 do not apply to any cause of action accruing on or after January 31, 2002.
