Title XXIX OWNERSHIP AND CONVEYANCE OF PROPERTY
Chapter 448448.1-110. Uniformity of application and construction. — Sections 448.1-101 to 448.4-120 shall be applied and construed so as to effectuate their general purpose to make uniform the law with respect to the subject of sections 448.1-101 to 448.4-120 among states enacting it.
