Title XXIX OWNERSHIP AND CONVEYANCE OF PROPERTY
Chapter 448448.1-109. Construction against implicit repeal. — Sections 448.1-101 to 448.4-120 being a general act intended as a unified coverage of its subject matter, no provisions shall be construed to be impliedly repealed by subsequent legislation if that construction can reasonably be avoided.
