Title XXXV CIVIL PROCEDURE AND LIMITATIONS
Chapter 511511.590. Satisfaction, where entered. — If the acknowledgment is made in court, it shall be entered of record; but if made before the clerk in vacation, it shall be entered on the minutes, signed by the party making it, and attested by the clerk.
