Title XXXV CIVIL PROCEDURE AND LIMITATIONS
Chapter 511511.580. Who may enter satisfaction. — Satisfaction may be entered by the plaintiff in person, by his attorney of record, or by his agent duly authorized, in writing, under the hand of the plaintiff.
