Title XXVIII CONTRACTS AND CONTRACTUAL RELATIONS
Chapter 431431.130. Survival of debt, against whom. — When all the obligors or promisors shall die, the debt or contract shall survive against the heirs, executors and administrators of all the deceased joint obligors and promisors.
