Title XXVIII CONTRACTS AND CONTRACTUAL RELATIONS
Chapter 431431.120. Joint debt shall survive, against whom. — In case of the death of one or more of the joint obligors or promisors, the joint debt or contract shall and may survive against the heirs, executors and administrators of the deceased obligor or promisor, as well as against the survivors.
