Title XVII AGRICULTURE AND ANIMALS
Chapter 263263.243. State agency purchasing seed from nondomestic source containing noxious weeds, liability. — Any state agency purchasing seed from a nondomestic source, which seed contains any weed not native to this state which has been declared a noxious weed by this or any other state, shall be liable for eradication of the noxious weed or shall be liable to a landowner for costs of eradication.
