Title XVII AGRICULTURE AND ANIMALS
Chapter 263263.240. Penalty for violation. — Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of section 263.190 is, upon conviction, guilty of a misdemeanor and a violation of section 263.190 is a misdemeanor.
