Title VI COUNTY, TOWNSHIP AND POLITICAL SUBDIVISION GOVERNMENT
Chapter 5656.020. When term begins. — Prosecuting attorneys elected under the provisions of this chapter shall enter upon the discharge of their duties on the first day of January next after they shall have been elected.
