Title IV EXECUTIVE BRANCH
Chapter 3333.720. Funds to be allocated for certain purposes. — The moneys in the fund are subject to allocation and expenditure in the manner prescribed in sections 33.700 to 33.730 and only to meet emergency and unanticipated requirements necessary to insure the proper functioning of state government and to render essential state services when the general assembly is not in session and which were not foreseeable or predictable at the time of the preparation and adoption of the budget and the passage of appropriation measures during the session of the general assembly next preceding the occurrence of the emergency and for which moneys, other than from this fund, are not available or are insufficient.
