Title IV EXECUTIVE BRANCH
Chapter 3333.710. Committee, composition — expenses — officers. — 1. There is created "The Governmental Emergency Fund Committee" consisting of the governor, the commissioner of administration as ex officio comptroller, the chairman and ranking minority member of the senate appropriations committee, the chairman and ranking minority member of the house budget committee, or its successor committee, and the director of the department of revenue who shall serve as consultant to the committee without vote.
2. The members of the committee shall serve without compensation but shall be reimbursed for actual and necessary expenses incurred by them in the performance of their official duties.
3. The committee shall elect from among its members a chair and vice chair and such other officers as it deems necessary.
