Section 17.9443 — WAIVER OF CONTRACT PROVISIONS IS VOID.

17.9443 WAIVER OF CONTRACT PROVISIONS IS VOID.
Any provision of an agricultural contract which waives or attempts to waive any provision of sections 17.90 to 17.97 is void.
