268A.04 Disability determinations; privileged information.
No communication or statement furnished by a physician or other professional person to the department or any other agency of the state for use in connection with an agreement or contractual relationship as contemplated in section 268A.03, clause (d), shall be made the subject of any slander, libel or defamation action.
